Job Description:

• Handle the inquiry from customer for either development and pricing.
• Follow up the orders with customers, suppliers and internal supporting teams.
• Customer visit or supplier visit needed.
• Close communication between HK, SZ and US colleagues on order and delivery status.
• Handle and follow up customers complaint
• Direct report to team supervisor for daily tasks.
• Ad hoc assignment or projects handling and follow up

Job Requirement:

• HKCE/DSE or above
• Minimum 2 years experiences in printing & packaging industry or garment field
• Good interpersonal and presentation skills
• Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English
• Proficient in Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing
• ERP knowledge is an advantage
• Independent, self-motivated and willing to work under challenges
• Occasionally travel to China
• Applicant will more experience will be considered with a Senior Position
