Our client, one of the largest dairy cooperatives in the world, is now looking for an experienced candidate to join them.


Responsibilities:

  • Deliver and monitor annual budgeting and monthly forecasting process, analysis and reporting
  • Liaise with Finance, Sales and Marketing teams to develop short range / long range forecast, keep track assumptions and rationale behind and performance analysis to identify the forecast changes and gap
  • Partner with marketing and sales team, manage forecast phase in phase out for new product launch, product mix and provide actionable solutions plan and root cause analysis
  • Provide analytical support highlighting changes of demand plan, forecast accuracy, trend, so to identify inventory impact
  • Reports and data checks. Ensure all key reports / KPIs are prepared correctly and reported on time. 
  • Liaise with supply points to manage product flow from order placement till fulfillment. 
  • Liaise with supply point to ensure delivery is on-time & in full
  • Drive root cause analysis and actions plan development for any performance issues
  • Ensure planning parameters adhere to blueprint and updated in the system accordingly
  • Prepare and drive discussion with supply points / Hubs (weekly, monthly or quarterly)
  • Ensure the run book / clean desk are executed accordingly
  • Ensure all regression tests are conducted on time and all changes are tested
  • Contributes to new and improves existing procedures, processes and tools, by proposing and implementing improvements based on analysis and modelling of demand & supply planning processes
  • Engage in supply chain improvement projects when necessary

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related disciplines
  • Minimum 4 years of working experience in FMCG Logistics Field
  • Experience in FMCG (retail and food service industries) and MNC sizable Company is preferred
  • Solid experience and knowledge of Knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP systems (preferred SAP & APO)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Team player, with drive and interpersonal skills necessary to develop strong working relationships at all levels
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment 
  • Ability to manage work under pressure, organize and prioritize work efficiently
  • Highly self-motivated, self-start and results oriented
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills – English & Chinese
