Job Description We are looking for a Senior Executive, Sales Operations – Key Account/Project Management to lead and optimize sales operations, with a primary focus on key account management, order fulfillment, and operational enhancement projects for delivery and installation. This role requires strong operational leadership, service partner management, and process optimization expertise to enhance efficiency and ensure seamless execution.

THE JOB 

  • Oversee the end-to-end sales operations process, from order management to delivery and installation across various sales channels.
  • Develop and implement strategies to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with sales teams, internal and external logistics, and installation teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Manage relationships with service partners and key stakeholders to maintain smooth operations.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
  • Lead and mentor a team of operations staff, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
  • Prepare and present regular operational performance reports to senior management.
  • Oversee Accounts Receivable (AR) for Order-to-Cash (O2C), ensuring timely and accurate payment collection.

THE PERSON 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. 
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in operations management, preferably within the home appliances or construction industry (not a must).
  • Strong expertise in sales operations, logistics, and supply chain management.
  • Proven leadership with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in SAP and other operations management tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
