Job Description We are looking for Technician Manager to be part of our dynamic team.
 

The Technician Manager will manage a team with around 40 people and monitor daily operation of after sales repair services and ensure all workflow execution are up to standard and in line with departmental strategies and objectives.

 

THE JOB 

  • Execute periodical analysis on service market trends & customer expectation, provide planning & executions for service enhancement based on customer segments
  • Periodically review operation flows and ensure all executions are up to standard
  • Execute workflow enhancement in cooperation with different teams and external partners
  • Monitor capacity planning in line with productivity target
  • Develop & define necessary strategies, monitor and control the progress on regular basis
  • Ensure all the company policies/guidelines, including the fraud control measures
  • Ensure appropriate follow up actions given to complex cases in a timely manner
  • Review and when required adjust daily job dispatching
  • Ensure the enough workload for achieving the Business Plan and control the evolution of the P&L of your area
  • Conduct incentive scheme including KPIs and communicate performance result monthly
  • Conduct and report performance analysis on regular basis

 

THE PERSON 

  • Minimum 10 years of experience on repair service industry preferable on electrical consumer goods
  • Not less than 5 years on managerial level in an international organization
  • University graduated in Electronic / Mechanical Engineering or Engineering
  • Excellent command on Spoken and Written skills (i.e. Chinese and English)
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and leadership skills with technical understanding
  • Proficient in MS Office for data analysis, presentation and reporting
