Job Duties
 

• Attending production meetings, meeting the requirements of our clients, and doing on-site execution on the event date
• Co-ordinating with in-house designers and technicians for the arrangements of the events
• Assisting the team in managing client's portfolio
• Responsible for providing support services on general administration and other ad hoc tasks

Vacancy Requirements
 

• Matriculated with some agency experience or related
• Strong interpersonal and customer relations
• Self motivated and able to work under pressure
• Conversant in English and Mandarin
• Good organizational skills with outstanding attention to details
• Proactive, pleasant and able to work as part of a team
• Quick thinking and positive attitude
