About the role

Kornerstone (a Trainocate Company) is seeking an experienced and driven Senior Sales Executive or Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our valued clients. As a key member of our sales department, you will play a crucial role in achieving our company's ambitious goals.

 

What you'll be doing

  • Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities through proactive outreach and networking
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and upsell opportunities
  • Preparing and presenting engaging sales proposals and pitches to win new clients
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
  • Analysing sales data and market trends to develop effective sales strategies
  • Providing excellent customer service and handling client inquiries and concerns
  • Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets

What we're looking for

  • Proven track record of success in a sales role will be an advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle complex client situations
  • Proficient in using sales tools and customer relationship management (CRM) software in business development
  • Highly motivated and driven to achieve ambitious sales goals
  • A quick learner and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
