Provide administrative support for day-to-day operation of the Fundraising & Communications Department;
Maintain comprehensive and accurate records in the donor database in line with organisational procedures;
Assist in planning and organising year-round fundraising events and campaigns;
Follow up with donors and event participants for event related arrangements;
Update website and social media platforms;
Handle enquiries via phone and email; and
Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned.
The Candidate
HKCEE/HKDSE or above; Diploma holder in relevant disciplines is preferred.
1 year of relevant experience in administrative or event support duties.
Proficiency in PC applications, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; knowledge of graphic design applications (such as Canva) is advantageous.
Good command of English and Chinese.
Self-motivated, well-organised and detail-oriented.
