Job Description:

1. Laser System Operation – Assist in the setup, calibration, and operation of laser systems for manufacturing processes, ensuring precision and quality.
2. Testing and Optimization – Conduct testing of laser systems and optimize parameters to improve efficiency, quality, and reliability of manufacturing processes.
3. Research and Development – Participate in the development and implementation of new laser technologies or processes to meet evolving product requirements.
4. Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting – Identify and address technical issues with laser systems, proposing and implementing effective solutions.
5. Documentation and Reporting – Prepare technical documentation, including test reports, operating procedures, and project updates.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with R&D, production, and quality assurance teams to integrate laser technologies into the product lifecycle.
7. Support Senior Engineers – Assist senior engineers in fulfilling project requirements and meeting development milestones.

Qualifications:

1. PhD/Master/Bachelor’s degree in Physics, Optical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related STEM field.
2. Strong interest in laser systems, optics, and their applications in manufacturing.
3. Familiarity with laser equipment (e.g., CO2 lasers, fiber lasers, or solid-state lasers) and optical components is a plus.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
5. Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
6. Have a project experience in laser systems or optical engineering is an advantage.
