Job Purpose

• The candidate will play a sales team leader role in the Wealth Management Corporate Financial Team;
• Understand and provide comprehensive service plans to corporate clients, including capital investing and financing in the primary market and trading/products in the secondary market.
• Develop and maintain solid relationships with corporate financial clients.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and identify potential corporate clients, build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients in Hong Kong and mainland China;
• Identify the financing status of the corporate clients and understand client needs to develop and apply comprehensive service plans to corporate clients, including capital investing and financing in the primary market and trading/products in the secondary market;
• Develop and maintain rapport and solid relationships with corporate clients;
• Collaborates with Investment Banking Department, Capital Investment Department and other internal departments to optimize the service plan delivery;
• Lead one of the corporate financial teams to achieve the target;
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor or management.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or above in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field;
• Over 10 years of related experience in investment banking or capital investment, with a proven track record;
• Strong personal network and established client resources are essential;
• Responsible, hardworking, and self-driven team player capable of thriving under pressure and managing multiple tasks effectively.
