Sales Manager - China Fixed Income Market

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for providing FICC products (credit, bonds, derivatives) and solutions (structure products) to high-net-worth investors;
• Responsible for clients onboarding, develop new and strong client base in the Greater China area and maintain good relationships with existing clients; 
• Seek new business leads from multiple network sources and create new business opportunities;
• Responsible for drafting newsletter and marketing materials (which may include trainings, performance updates and market commentary, etc.) to investors and distribution channels;
• Attend ongoing product trainings to strengthen market knowledge in the China FICC market.
• Collaborate with internal teams in the promotion and sales of the company’s range of fixed income services;
• Arrange marketing trips and engage in company marketing activities with clients.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of fixed income sales experience, candidates with less experience will also be considered;
• 3+ years in a client-facing role with direct sales or business development experience;
• Expertise in fixed income market of the mainland China with sound trading and market knowledge
• Sound knowledge of fixed Income funds and equity funds in China is highly preferred;
• Solid experience and active participation in Great China financial market is a must;
• Excellent command of Putonghua and English; 
• IANG/ TTPS are welcomed.
