Job Responsibilities:

• Design and develop BI dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau and Power BI to meet business requirements.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and insights that drive business decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and provide recommendations on data visualization best practices.
• Work closely with data engineers and analysts to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Develop and maintain BI data models and data connections.
• Create and maintain documentation for BI dashboards and reports.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users on BI tools and best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest BI trends, tools, and features.
• Handle ad-hoc service requests and user inquiries.
• Provide on-site development and support as required.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in the IT industry (fresh graduates will also be considered).
• Proficiency in leading BI tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• BI certifications (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) are a plus.
