Responsibilities

• Develop creative campaigns, including key visuals and storyboards, to enhance messaging and visual impact.
• Lead project pitches, presenting design concepts and storyboards that align with client objectives.
• Establish art direction for social media content, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and delivering an engaging visual presentation.
• Oversee and coordinate photo and video production, ensuring alignment with the artistic vision and project requirements.
• Design campaign websites that are visually appealing and provide engaging user experiences to captivate and interact with the audience.
• Collaborate with the account servicing team to ensure all projects align strategically and meet client goals effectively.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 4-8 years solid experiences in digital media/multimedia design/creative industry, with at least 1 years in a leadership role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing high-level visual design skills and creative work.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Experience in a digital agency environment is preferred.
