Job Responsibilities :
• Develop and execute a sales strategy and plan for general insurance business with intermediaries
• Identity business opportunities and plan, propose and provide value-added solutions to corporate clients directly
• Execute appropriate and well-balanced underwriting with in-house underwriters based on his/her extensive knowledge of risk management, underwriting, terms & conditions, etc
• Prepare proposals and presentation materials
• Prepare data and report for specific clients and department regularly
• Take responsibilities for assigned projects and work smoothly with team members
• Perform other ad-hoc assignments which may be assigned as and when required
• Contribute to fostering a better company culture in daily work with team members
Job requirements:
• University graduate or above with recognized insurance professional qualification such as ANZIIF / ACII is an advantage
• Hold a valid General Insurance License (pass in IIQE paper 1 & 2)
• Preferable to be able to speak and write Japanese
• Minimum 5 year’s relevant experience in General Insurance industry
• Proficiency in both written and spoken in English & Cantonese
• Wide knowledge of commercial lines including P&C lines. Experience on Marine cargo, Medical or Financial lines are an advantage
• Good presentation skills and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented
• Computer literacy in the use of MS Office
Less experience will be considered as Officer
