Responsible:

• Handle and prepare full set of documents
• Issue invoice for to customers agents, customers and co-loaders
• Check and monitor the cargo status
• Co-ordinate with all related parties for shipment 
• Update data to ERP system 
• Handle inquiries 

Requirements:

• 1- 2 years experience  in air freight forwarder 
• Basic English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin) 
• Independent, Positive work attitude and be able to work under pressure
• Detail oriented with team spirit 
• Prior experience in Cargowise is an definite advantage  
• DSE or higher
