Provide operational support in sales promotional campaigns, or other tasks assigned by Sales Manager
Assist in B2C and B2B online sales and marketing development projects through social media, influencer marketing and international trade shows
Warehouse:
Maintain, update and monitor inventory data in ERP system
Preparation of commercial invoices, Delivery orders and Shipping documentation
Coordination with shipping lines and local forwarders for arranging delivery
Maintain warehouse operations smooth, including packing, replenishment, inventory manage, receipt of goods and delivery, regular stock take
Who are we looking for?
Minimum HKCEE / HKDSE qualifications, with at least 5 subjects passed including English and Chinese language, or equivalent
Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese, fluency in Putonghua an advantage
Passionate in digital trend, with strong understanding of current B2C online and offline markets
Knowledge in designing & video editing tools, e.g. Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere) is an advantage
Knowledge of online sales channels including websites, marketplace such as Amazon, eBay, Aliexpress, Wechat “Mini Program”, Shopify, etc. is an advantage
Outgoing, enthusiastic, detail-oriented, self-motivated, able to work independently
Less experienced or qualified candidate may still be considered but switched into other post (negotiable).
