崗位職責

1、 市場開發與銷售管理

• 主導衍生品業務（包括但不限於期權、融資融券等）的市場端拓展，製定並執行銷售策略，完成客戶開發與交易量目標；
• 組建並管理專業銷售團隊，優化客戶服務流程，提升團隊市場競爭力；
• 深入發掘客戶需求，將需求轉化為業務機會，推動產品與服務的定製化解決方案。

2、客戶關係與渠道維護

• 維護高凈值客戶、機構客戶及行業合作夥伴關系，建立長期穩定的業務網絡；
• 協調內外部資源（如券商、期貨公司、資管機構），推動衍生品業務的跨平臺合作與推廣。

3、市場研究與業務創新

• 跟蹤衍生品市場動態，提供市場分析報告及競爭策略建議；
• 探索創新業務模式，不斷提升業務競爭能力。

任職要求

1、 經驗要求

• 8年以上金融行業經驗，3年以上衍生品市場端管理經驗，熟悉期權、融資融券等業務運作；
• 具備豐富的客戶資源及行業人脈;
• 有場外衍生品銷售、期權做市或融資融券業務實操經驗者優先。

2、能力要求

• 出色的市場敏銳度，能快速響應客戶需求並製定解決方案；
• 優秀的團隊管理與跨部門協作能力，具備業務創新意識。

Position Title: Head, Derivatives Business 
Location: Shenzhen/Shanghai/Hong Kong

Job Responsibilities

1. Market Development and Sales Management

• Lead the market expansion of the derivatives business; develop and execute sales strategies to meet client acquisition and transaction volume targets.
• Build and manage a professional sales team, optimize client service processes, and enhance the team's market competitiveness.
• Identify client needs, convert them into business opportunities and promote customized product and service solutions.

2. Client Relationship and Channel Maintenance

• Maintain relationships with HNW clients, institutional clients, and industry partners, and build a stable, long-term business network.
• Coordinate internal and external resources (e.g., brokerages, futures companies, asset management firms) to promote cross-platform cooperation and marketing for derivatives businesses.

3. Market Research and Business Innovation

• Track market trends in derivatives to provide market analysis reports and recommend competitive strategies.
• Explore innovative business models to continuously enhance business presence.

Job Requirements

1. Experience Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in the financial industry, with at least 3 years in derivatives market management, familiar with the business operations of options and margin trading.
• Extensive client resources and industry connections.
• Practical experience in OTC derivatives sales, options market making, or securities margin trading is highly preferred.

2. Skill Requirements

• Strong market sensitivity, capable of quickly responding to client needs and formulating solutions.
• Excellent skills of team management and cross-department collaboration, with a strong sense of business innovation.
