Our client is a Professional Lighting supplier located in Kwai Chung now looking for suitable candidates to join their team.
Responsibilities:
Manage and nurture client relationships to maintain high levels of client satisfaction
Identify new business opportunities and actively pursue leads
Provide product knowledge and expertise to customer, ensuring they are aware of the full range of products and services available
Conduct regular check-ins and meetings with clients to review progress and gather feedback
Identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling additional products and services to existing clients
Requirements:
Higher Diploma/Degree holder in any discipline
At least 3 years account management experience in Professional Lighting
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing sales
Proficiency in PC skills, e.g. Ms Excel, Words, Powerpoint
