Our client is a Professional Lighting supplier located in Kwai Chung now looking for suitable candidates to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and nurture client relationships to maintain high levels of client satisfaction
• Identify new business opportunities and actively pursue leads
• Provide product knowledge and expertise to customer, ensuring they are aware of the full range of products and services available
• Conduct regular check-ins and meetings with clients to review progress and gather feedback
• Identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling additional products and services to existing clients

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma/Degree holder in any discipline
• At least 3 years account management experience in Professional Lighting 
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing sales
• Proficiency in PC skills, e.g. Ms Excel, Words, Powerpoint

• 5 day work, Discretionary bonus, Medical insurance
