Our client is a US fashion label and they are now seeking for a Visual Merchandising Manager for HK&MO market.

What you will:

• Lead the VM team to create and execute all the VM creative processes and rseasonal changeover including new store development, in store display, window display, seasonal and promotional activities in line with brand strategies/ direction.
• Formulate VM guideline (window + merchandising) and standard for team (internal/external) and vendors to ensure smooth process
• Ensure brand consistency for all projects among Asia.
• Coach and motivate team from design to output by sustaining brand image, best quality, cost effectiveness and timely delivery.
• Manage / monitor the VM budgets for operational efficiency and identifying potential savings
• Manage external parties to ensure the quality together with the compliance of related guidelines
• Leading, coaching and developing team members including enhancing the technical knowledge, arranging related job exposure to enhance the team's capabilitie.

What you need:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in VM supervisor level.

• Knowledge of fashion trends.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills with ability to inspire and motivate/inspire a team.

• Solid understanding of retail operations service &

• Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to multi task

• Intuitive and creative problem solver

• Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality

• Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement

• Good team player and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams

• Open to travel as required

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills Cantonese, Mandarin and English
