Campaign planning and management - Formulate strategies and implement digital marketing campaigns, including but not limited to managing social media platforms, Google Ads, SEO/SEM, online influencer engagement, livestreaming, webinars etc.
Performance monitoring and optimization - Continuously monitor campaign metrics, optimize targeting strategies to achieve key performance indicators
Analytics and reporting - Regularly evaluate campaign performance, analyze data and convert them into actionable insights - Propose strategic recommendations to achieve pre-set goals and provide solutions to solve problems
Industry trends - Stay at the forefront of digital marketing trends by researching and studying emerging tools and new trends
Requirements:
Basic digital marketing concepts (e.g. google ads, HK and China social media, SEO, SEM experience)
Good analytical and problem-solving skills, attentive to details
Energetic, proactive, self-motivated, flexible and able to work under pressure
Strong communication skills (English & Chinese)
Experience in web development / live streaming / digital / advertising agency is a plus
Fresh graduates would also be considered
