About the Client:
My client, a renowned Engineering Group is currently looking for an experience Associate Director/ Senior Manager in safety Development to ensure smooth operation in Hong Kong.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Plans, implements, manages, and maintains comprehensive environmental safety & health training programs.

• Brainstorm industry insight and expert input on safety elements for all training programmes within the organisation and working closely with all partner stakeholders.

• Secure the work safety guidance is effective performed in accordance with industry stakeholders to review the effectiveness of onsite safety professionals,

• Work with regulators on construction safety matters and carry out industry stakeholder engagement to understand the needs of the industry for continuous improvement on safety training within the group.

• Time to Time report on working process to the boards of member.

Candidate Profile:

• Degree qualified in Engineering, Construction, Surveying and related disciplines with qualifications on work safety
• 12 + years of related experience (Construction Safety training and implementation)
• Experience of working in a similar matrix reporting organization
• Good English communication and written skill
