Sales Coordinator is a member of the Sales Team under VDA Group. This team explores and follow up all the sales activities with customers in order to achieve the goals that have been set by the Sales Director.

 

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide general sales supports including order processing, shipment arrangement and stock control
• Operate ERP system accurately
• Liaise closely with own factory and worldwide customers
• Prepare various sales reports and data consolidations
• Handle customer enquiry and quotation efficiency 
• Communicate with internal departments to complete tasks
• Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned

Qualifications:

• Diploma or above with 2-3 years relevant experience, preferably gained from jewelry industry
• Good verbal & written communication skills
• Responsible, methodical, organized and high level of personal integrity and ethics
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese including Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
• Immediately available is preferred
