Responsibilities:
• Manage full spectrum of human resource functions including recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, employee relationship and insurance policies
• Review and formulate HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company direction and legal requirements
• Provide a full scope of efficient HR support and services to the group’s operations, and coordinate company events
• Oversee office operations, including managing supplies, procurement, renovations, and equipment and facilities maintenance
• Prepare monthly payroll and annual staff performance evaluation
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
Job Requirements:
• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines
• Minimum 8 years experiences will be advantage
• Familiarity with the Employment Ordinance
• Proactive, attention to details and strong sense of responsibility
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills as well as good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing
• Immediately available is highly preferred
