Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Merchandiser/Senior Merchandiser to join our dynamic team in the kitchenware industry. As a Merchandiser/Senior Merchandiser, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end merchandising process, from business development, product development and sourcing to production coordination and delivery. Your expertise in the industry, strong analytical skills, and exceptional communication abilities will be key in driving the success of our merchandising operations.

Responsibilities:

1. Over 5 years of Merchandising/Sourcing experience in OEM/ODM kitchenware.
2. Willingness to travel regularly on business trips within China and other countries at short notice, with the ability to source vendors independently.
3. Take responsibility for kitchenware sourcing, quotation, sample development, and following up on orders until shipments.
4. Independently liaise with overseas clients and factories.
5. Conduct cost analysis and negotiate prices with factories.
6. Previous experience gained from a factory is preferred.
7. Strong negotiation skills to ensure favorable terms and pricing.
8. Reach sales targets through effective merchandising and sourcing strategies.
9. Proactively engage in business development activities and upselling opportunities.

Requirements:

1. Possess excellent kitchenware product knowledge.
2. Strong in price negotiation and problem-solving skills.
3. Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
6. A team player who is meticulous and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
7. Proven ability to negotiate and achieve favorable terms and pricing.
8. Demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets in the kitchenware industry.
9. Ability to foster and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and upselling opportunities.
