To be responsible in handling full set of accounts and monthly-ended process.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

• To prepare the journal vouchers;
• To maintain the Fixed assets register;
• To prepare the analysis of accounts;
• To check payments or vouchers submitted by the Accounting Officer;
• To conduct cash count for petty cash holder(s);
• To monitor the stock and/or to perform random stock take;
• To liaise with external and internal parties and, to respond to their enquires in relation to the business transactions;
• To assist in preparing the annual budget and periodic forecast;
• To assist in annual audit process;
• To provide administrative and accounting supports to the Accounts team; and
• To carry out other ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• At least 3 years’ relevant working experiences, preferably 2 years’ experience in hospitality industry or private club
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Diploma in Accounting or Finalist of a recognized Accounting body
• Basic MS applications (Excel, Word)
• Experience in operating computerized Accounting system
