Duties:

• Support the sales team to respond to clients timely, including lead assigning and managing response time
• Handle clients’ inquiries via phonecalls and multi digital channels, e.g. live-chat, email, social media to ensure clients' satisfaction
• Follow pre-set procedures and workflows to complete tasks in a timely manner
• Coordinate with various parties to ensure client requests are handled promptly and accurately

Requirements:

• Diploma or above
• At least 1 year’s relevant experience in customer services
• Good command of both spoken and written Cantonese and English
• Knowledge in MS Office application including Word, Excel
