The Change Lead will oversee the delivery of a large multi-function ERP Programme. This role requires a Delivery focused leader with expertise in ERP systems, vendor management, and comfortable working with senior Executives.
Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale programs, ensuring alignment with Programme goals and timelines.
Develop and implement change management strategies to support the adoption of new processes and systems.
Manage vendor relationships, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and are completed on time.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive seamless program execution and stakeholder alignment.
Monitor program progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
Experience Required:
20+ years of Programme Management with a focus on Delivery
Extensive experience managing ERP implementations, upgrades, or integrations.
Strong vendor management skills with the ability to negotiate contracts and hold vendors accountable.
Experience managing complex, multi-functional programs with diverse stakeholders.
Expertise in change management methodologies and stakeholder engagement.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
