About the Role:

The Change Lead will oversee the delivery of a large multi-function ERP Programme. This role requires a Delivery focused leader with expertise in ERP systems, vendor management, and comfortable working with senior Executives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale programs, ensuring alignment with Programme goals and timelines.
• Develop and implement change management strategies to support the adoption of new processes and systems.
• Manage vendor relationships, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and are completed on time.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive seamless program execution and stakeholder alignment.
• Monitor program progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.

Experience Required:

• 20+ years of Programme Management with a focus on Delivery
• Extensive experience managing ERP implementations, upgrades, or integrations.
• Strong vendor management skills with the ability to negotiate contracts and hold vendors accountable.
• Experience managing complex, multi-functional programs with diverse stakeholders.
• Expertise in change management methodologies and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
