Chinney Alliance Group Limited, is a leading plastics & chemicals distribution, industrial products trading, construction and engineering group listed in Hong Kong.  To cope with its expansion in the plastic resin and chemical distribution business in Greater China under its subsidiary, Jacobson van den Berg (Hong Kong) Limited, we are now inviting candidate for the following position:

Responsibility

• Handle full set of accounts for HK & PRC
• Assist in preparing month-end closing reports, periodic management reports and bank reconciliation
• Assist in group consolidation and prepare analysis reports including Balance Sheets and General Ledger Accounts
• Assist in budgeting, forecast, tax computation and stock take
• Maintain accounting documents and records, ensuring all files are up to date
• Liaise with auditors and professionals regarding audit, tax and other relevant matters
• Collaborate and communicate with other departments and PRC team
• Perform other ad-hoc reporting and duties as assigned
• Occasional travel to PRC is required

Requirement

• University degree holder in Accounting / Finance or related discipline
• HKICPA / ACCA student member or equivalent
• Min. 3 years relevant working experience in trading firm in HK and PRC
• Proficiency in MS Office, Chinese word processing and strong Excel skills
• Experience in SAP system is an advantage
• Proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese & Putonghua
• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, good analytical, self-motivated and work independently
• Good attitude, willing to learn, work over-time and to meet tight deadline
• Immediate available is an advantage
