Job Duties:
- Handle computer encryption on-site at customer locations.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to equipment.
- Provide on-site and remote support to customers.
- Offer technical support and answer customer inquiries
Requirement:
- High Diploma or above in Information Technology related subject
- Having 1-2 years of relevant work experience in IT support
- Familiarity with Windows and Mac platforms
- Dedicated to ensuring product security, privacy, and data protection, with knowledge of data retrieval
- Excellent communication and analytical abilities
- Ability to excel in a dynamic and technically demanding environment
