Take charge of managing company secretarial assistant tasks and associated affairs within the Group to ensure full compliance with listing regulations and the requirements stipulated by the company ordinance. The ideal candidate will possess a thorough understanding of company laws and regulations, as well as excellent communication skills.

Description
Ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
Preparing and filing necessary corporate documents with appropriate entities
Organizing and preparing agendas and papers for board meetings, committees, and annual general meetings (AGMs)
Assist in preparation of annual and interim reports, announcement and circular
Following up on actions from meetings
Overseeing policies to ensure they are kept up to date
Providing support to the board or other committees on specific projects
Keeping up to date with any regulatory or statutory changes and policies that might affect the company
Profile
Tertiary education of Corporate Secretarial Studies or relevant major and student member of HKCGI or equivalent
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Chinese Words input
