Responsible for overall coordination and management of construction activities including progress, quality control and safety requirements
Carry out inspection and preparation of reports
Work with the Contract Manager to plan manpower resources and equipments
Coordinate with clients, government authorities for progress of works
Monitor and supervise site labour and sub-contractors performing maintenance activities
Job Requirements:
Degree in Civil Engineering or related disciplines with 8 years of experience and 2 years of experience in the supervision and management of a term maintenance contract
Good interpersonal skills, self-motivated and could work independently
Good command of English and Cantonese
Candidate with a driving license is an advantage
