Job Duties:

• Responsible for overall coordination and management of construction activities including progress, quality control and safety requirements
• Carry out inspection and preparation of reports
• Work with the Contract Manager to plan manpower resources and equipments
• Coordinate with clients, government authorities for progress of works
• Monitor and supervise site labour and sub-contractors performing maintenance activities

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related disciplines with 8 years of experience and 2 years of experience in the supervision and management of a term maintenance contract
• Good interpersonal skills, self-motivated and could work independently
• Good command of English and Cantonese
• Candidate with a driving license is an advantage
