The Job

  • Client: A Virtual Bank
  • Position: Customer Services Executive / Senior CS Executive / CS Supervisor
  • Responsibilities: Answering incoming inquiries on virtual banking services through phone, email, online chat of customers.
  • Salary: 16-24+. 5-day, medical, bonus

 

Requirements

  • Tertiary educated. Overseas educated will be an advantage
  • Banking experience is a must
    • Customer Services Executive: Minimum 0.5 year experience
    • Senior CS Executive: 2-3 years experience
    • CS supervisor: 4 years experience or above.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Willing to work on shift hours
