Requirements
Tertiary educated. Overseas educated will be an advantage
Banking experience is a must
Customer Services Executive: Minimum 0.5 year experience
Senior CS Executive: 2-3 years experience
CS supervisor: 4 years experience or above.
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Willing to work on shift hours
