We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager/Director to lead our marketing initiatives for our luxury watch brand. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event management, particularly for product launches and VIP events, and experience working with third-party partners to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the brand’s vision and objectives.
Plan, organize, and oversee product launch events and exclusive VIP gatherings.
Manage all logistics, including venue selection, catering, guest lists, and promotional materials.
Work closely with third-party agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns and events.
Foster relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors to enhance brand presence.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
Ensure all marketing materials and communications maintain the luxury brand’s image and messaging consistency.
Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and maximizing ROI
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and events, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field;
5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on luxury brands and event management.
Proven track record of successfully managing high-profile events and partnerships.
Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
