(Senior) Administration Officer - Facilities Management (Listed Co.)

- Client: A Listed Engineering Group
- Position: (Senior) Administration Officer - Facilities Management
- Responsibilities: Assist the Manager in facilities management for the office and building premises:
- Liaise between tenants, landlord and contractors for planned maintenance.
- Hande in-house security matters including access right & card registration, CCTV.
- Monitoring the service performance of contractors (security & housekeeping, etc)
- Assist in procurement and tendering
- $23-33K. 5-day. Medical. Bonus
Requirements
- Tertiary educated preferably in Property (Facilities) Management / Business Administration
- 3-8 years experience in property / facilities management gained with sizable companies
- Good experience in:
- Handling tender and managing vendors
- Property security (CCTV, access control, security guard patrol)
- Property cleaning
- Relevant experience in renovation / relocation project would be an advantage
- Good communication skills
- Good command of Chinese, English
