Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Assistant located in Hong Kong. The Operations Assistant will be responsible for supporting daily operations, managing schedules, handling customer service inquiries, and assisting with operations management tasks. The role involves working closely with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations within the company.

Qualifications

• Operations and Operations Management skills
• Strong Analytical Skills
• Excellent Communication skills, Command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Customer Service experience
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Proficiency in using office software and tools
• Experience in the educational consultancy industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or related field
