Digital Media Agency Specialist – Account Executive
We are looking for an exceptional Account Executive who is going to help run paid media campaigns across our global asset management accounts. As an Account Executive, you will play a vital role in planning and buying across all media channels. You will work together with a team to planning and managing media campaigns across a full range of online and offline channels as well as digital channels, including Direct Buys, Programmatic Display and PPC.

The role
- Attend client meetings and weekly status calls
- Implementation of integrated advertising campaigns (all media, online and offline)
- Work with and maintain relationships with industry partners such as clients, publishers, media vendors and creative agencies
- Prepare competitive data overview, analysis and presentation
- Prepare on-going / post campaign reporting
- Analysis of campaigns and monitoring click-through rates, conversions
- Feedback and ideas generating for the constant improvement of processes
- Learning and working with ad serving technologies
- Prepare assessment of media and event opportunities
- Able to work under tight schedule and manage priorities for multiple tasks set by client’s
- Routine administrative and paperwork
About you
- As an Account Executive, you will be required to have a passion for digital media and a strong desire to work in that sector.
- Well organised, able to work independently, proactively and be a strong team player
- Experience of working with an ad server and in ad operations would be an advantage
- A strong analytical mind-set and proven numeracy skills are also a requirement
- University Degree in Business / Economics / Marketing / Advertising / Communications or any related disciplines preferred
- Good time management, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin). Japanese speakers, and other languages welcomes.
- Eligible to work in Hong Kong
