Customer Service Assistant/ Officer (Up to $23k/mth)
Handle customer and advisor’s enquiries regarding life insurance including hotline & email
Resolve customer/ advisor problem and complaint in timely and professional manner
Provide one stop service to customers for enhancing the customer engagement level
Retain and enhance customer relationship
Other ad hoc duties
Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above
At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience in customer service and insurance industry
Proficiency in written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
Good communication and listening skills
IIQE Paper 1,3 and 5 holder is preferred
Chinese word processing
