• Handle customer and advisor’s enquiries regarding life insurance including hotline & email
• Resolve customer/ advisor problem and complaint in timely and professional manner
• Provide one stop service to customers for enhancing the customer engagement level
• Retain and enhance customer relationship
• Other ad hoc duties
  

• Bachelor degree or above
• At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience in customer service and insurance industry
• Proficiency in written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Good communication and listening skills
• IIQE Paper 1,3 and 5 holder is preferred
• Chinese word processing
