You will do the following in this job:

• Responsible for the coordination of event management solutions projects
• Monitor project progress to ensure assigned projects are delivered on time and in high quality
• Cultivate and maintain professional working relationship with customers
• Handle customers enquiries
• Support any ad-hoc projects or tasks as assigned

We are looking for your if you are:

• Fresh Graduate are welcome
• Degree in Marketing or related field
• Minimum half-years experience in practical event co-ordination experience
• Good customer service skill, communication skill and telephone manner
• Customer focused, positive attitude, self-motivated and willing to learn
• Proactive, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure in a dynamic and changing environment
• Fluency in spoken English and Cantonese
• Good command of written English and Chinese
