Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales and case support activities to meet budgeted revenue and profitability goals.
• Assist the Sales Manager in developing and executing sales strategies aligned with local market needs.
• Identify market trends, customer needs, and business growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners (dealers) and healthcare professionals.
• Conduct sales performance analysis, prepare forecasts, and highlight key business challenges.
• Explore and develop new accounts to expand customer base.
• Provide regular reports on market trends, competitor insights, and consumer behavior.
• Gather customer feedback to enhance service quality and expand the product portfolio.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: 1-2 years in sales and/or marketing, preferably in the medical device industry.
• Skills & Attributes:
  • Strong results orientation with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
