Reporting to: Head of Marketing & Communications, Chubb Life
Role Objective
An exciting opportunity exists within the Marketing & Communications team at Chubb Life, for a proactive individual to drive and support the development and execution of the group’s content strategy, marketing operations, social media initiatives, employee engagement, and digital marketing campaigns. The Marketing & Communications Manager will engage with all aspects of the Marketing & Communications function, and work closely with the Head of Marketing & Communications, Chubb Life and the Marketing & Communications teams both at a group and country level.
Duties & Responsibilities
Social Media: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to effectively formulate and deploy content for target audience across social channels.
Internal Communications: work with the communications lead to source stories for internal newsletters, writing & editing content.
External Communications: assist the Communications lead to evaluate and assess media opportunities to raise brand visibility.
Brand Guardianship: providing guidance to businesses on the application of the corporate identity and assistance in the development, proof-reading of marketing collaterals/ campaigns.
Web Communications: work with the marketing lead to develop, upload and maintain content for the corporate website.
Writing: researching and preparing speeches, presentations or web copy as and when required.
Event Management: plan and assist with both internal & external events.
Other ad hoc projects as assigned.
Qualifications
University graduate in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related disciplines.
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in communications & marketing.
Excellent written and verbal skills in English and Chinese.
A team player, strategic thinker and doer – a self-starter and able to roll up the sleeves to get the work done.
Previous experience in working with an MNC, preferably in the financial services sector; experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
An eye for detail; capable of working independently with minimum supervision; ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet competing deadlines when required.
