The position will be responsible for:

1. Conduct laboratory testing and inspection according to prescribed procedures/standards.
2. Prepare test sample/ standards/ working solution and operate analytical instruments.
3. Hand-on experience on equipment maintenance & calibration
4. Prepare report and data file as per the client requested
5. Provide support for laboratory operation; handling sample; operating simple tools and instruments
6. Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

1. Associate Degree or above in Chemical Technology, Applied Science, Chemistry or relevant disciplines.
2. With at least 1 year solid laboratory experience (XRF/ ICP/ calibration etc.) , if more than 2 years work experience may consider as Assistant Chemist
3. With Experiences in quality management especially in HOKLAS/CNAS & ISO/IEC 17025 requirements will be an advantage
4. Strong PC skills in Microsoft Office, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
5. Work Initiative and responsible
6. Multi-tasked, organized and detail oriented
7. Fluent English & Cantonese, verbal and written communication skills with ability to communicate with staff;
8. Able to work well in team.
