Responsibilities 

• Support market-making for offshore China interest rates products, including NDIRS, CCS and FX swaps
• Collaborate closely with sales and structurer to grow the bank’s franchise business
• Research and leverage on new development of the local markets to deliver trading initiatives
• Monitor risk exposures and ensure trading activities adhere to established requirements

Requirements ·

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or related technical discipline
• Ideally with 2 years or above relevant experience in Asia's interest rates trading, preferably with exposure in China market 
• Concrete knowledge in pricing and risking of linear interest rates derivatives products ·
• Experience in running a flow book independently is a plus
• Self-motivated and ability to perform the role under a demanding environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross functionally
• Proficiency in Cantonese and Mandarin is a plus but not mandatory
