Job Responsibilities

• Adhere to guest checking in and checking out procedures pertaining to baggage handling
• Welcome guests at the main entrance, offering the greeting appropriate to the time of day taking particular note of repeat guests
• Provide information to guests about the hotel facilities and services

Job Requirement

• 1 year experience in hotel Concierge operation
• Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or relevant discipline
• Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Excellent customer services and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, detail-minded with pleasant personality 
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Concierge Ambassador.
