Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance to track and monitor the cross-functional project team of developers, designers, QA staff throughout the project and development activities
• Coordinate with system developers for application development and enhancement projects, and follow IT standards for implementations
• Manage and prioritize resources. Ensure deliverables are of high quality and work effectively among multiple concurrent projects with tight and changing deadlines
• Measure and monitor progress at clearly defined milestones in the process to ensure that the projects are delivered on time
• Prepare project-related reports and documents. Develop project plans, SOW, WBS, schedule, progress report, and status update meeting
• Analyze business and user requirements, propose solutions and prepare the related design specifications
• Perform requirements gathering, design, development, test, and deployment for all phases of projects
• Provide digital solutions and directions to business users throughout agile sprints and daily scrums
• Manage customer requirements, expectations and drive milestones accordingly 
• Liaise closely with the QA and Support teams to ensure the quality of the delivered features. Manage the change control process
• Manage senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams, and report the project progress effectively

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or above in Computer Sciences, IT or related discipline
• At least 5 years or above relevant experience in project management or team leadership
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or SCRUM project implementation equivalent experience
• Experience on Website/Mobile Game development would be an advantage
• Knowledge in new analytics technology including AI, robotic solutions and machine learning would be an advantage
• Strong sense of responsibility and professional integrity
• Familiar to manage multi-tasks under agile development process
• Set-motivated, well-organized and good interpersonal skills
• Have a ‘Can-do’ attitude
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Project Executive/ Project Executive
