Responsibilities :
◼ Manage the Wealth Management Operations team to provide first-rate back office support and services on
wealth management products (ie: Insurance, Mutual Funds, Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes, and
Foreign Currency Exchange) to business units
◼ Conduct regular review, formulate, and refine operations procedures, strengthen internal controls and drive
for automation to enhance service standard, efficiency and effectiveness on processing workflows and
maintain high quality of compliance standard and risk control
◼ Assist Head of Operations on resources planning, new business initiatives and new project development
◼ Collaborate and work closely with internal team leaders and other internal departments on daily operations
and new projects development
◼ Resource planning and staff development as well as provide training and coaching to team members on
process enhancement and streamlining implementation.

Requirements :

• Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in financial services industry with at least 3 years’ at managerial level
• Proficient product and regulatory knowledge on mutual fund, life & general insurance, MPF and foreign
  exchange products
• Solid operations experience on processing and managing internal controls, workflows and procedures
• Strong leadership and good problem-solving skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Fluency in Putonghua an advantage
