Vice President, Business Development (EBSI Private)
Assist the Head to oversee department sales management
Manage and facilitate sales team expansion including competent recruitment, account executives onboarding process and development in order to support the business growth and achieve its revenue target
Identify and lead new business opportunities
Responsible for sales management by supervising trade related monitoring and surveillance to ensure the business model is robust and compliant
Develop and maintain platform to cater the unique needs of HNW clientele and enrich the service scope of EBSI Private.
Participate in any projects as assigned by the Head
Requirements :
Degree holder in Business Administration or related discipline
Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience in financial institutes of which 5 years in managerial position in Sales Management, recruitment or training
Holder of SFC licence and IA licence
Strong knowledge of wealth management and investment products
Creative and customer centric mindset
Good project management, problem solving and analytical skills
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Fluency in Putonghua is an advantage
Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Vice President.
