Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Surveying
• 1-2 years' work experience, some relevant experience in property industry preferred, fresh graduates with passion in pursuing career in property industry will be considered for Leasing Assistant
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive attitude and good team player
• Proven English proficiency 

Responsibilities :

• Leasing and marketing of shopping malls
• Handle daily leasing enquiry and all tenancy matters
• Conduct market research, analyze data and compile various reports 

(Fresh graduates will be considered as Leasing Assistant.)
