Responsibilities  

• Develop and implement the communications plan to raise brand awareness, engage targeted audience groups and create leads for MTR Academy’s programmes through the use of above-the-line and below-the-line by focusing on content creation and management of digital channels
• Update the website and drive improvement efforts to increase online traffic and SEO
• Compile reports and statistics for different marketing and operational exercises
• Assist the supervisor in developing an effective marketing plan and formulating digital campaigns
• Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure smooth collaborations on school outreach, professional visits, study tours and departmental events
• Support ad-hoc marketing projects including conferences, departmental events and perform any ad hoc assignments as required
• Be responsible for handling customer hotline and walk-in counter enquiries

Qualifications  

• Diploma / Degree in Marketing / Advertising / Communications / Creative Arts / Design / Film Arts or a related discipline
• A minimum of 2 years’ hands-on experience with digital marketing platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, GA4, eDM)
• Experience in planning and launching marketing campaigns via various marketing channels
• Experience with design (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva) and video production is an advantage
• A good team player with strong creative and graphic sense
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
