Your new role

Based in Hong Kong and reporting to the Marketing Director, he is responsible for creating high-quality content that effectively conveys medical information to diverse audiences, including healthcare professionals and the public.

• Craft compelling content, including articles, blogs, social media updates, newsletters, press releases, and marketing materials focused on medical subjects.
• Conduct in-depth research to guarantee the accuracy and relevance of the medical information shared, collaborating with our Medical Affairs team as needed.
• Interview leading dermatologists, plastic surgeons, aesthetic practitioners, engineers, and PhDs to gather valuable insights for content creation.
• Collaborate closely with medical professionals, marketing teams, and graphic designers to produce cohesive and informative materials.
• Customise content to cater to various audiences, ensuring clarity and accessibility of medical information.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, guidelines, and ethical standards in all content produced.
• Monitor and evaluate content performance metrics to refine future content strategies.
• Apply SEO best practices to enhance content visibility and audience engagement.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years content development experience in the healthcare/ aesthetic/ beauty industry
• Demonstrated experience in medical writing or content creation, ideally within a marketing framework.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, presentation and leadership skills
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills in English.
• Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools (SEO, social media, etc.) is a plus.
• Knowledge of the aesthetics industry is advantageous.
