How you will make an impact:

  • Assist team supervisor to carry out daily operations of the property including monitoring of property maintenance, cleaning, security, etc.
  • Handle clients enquires and resolve complaints in maintaining good relationships with them
  • Liaise with and supervise the performance of the service contractors to ensure quality of work and adherence to guidelines and policies
  • Assist the handover / takeover of premises
  • Monitor the validity of the services contracts/certificates/licenses on building’s facilities
  • Handle procurement
  • Assist in the coordination of ad hoc building functions and events

What we are looking for:

  • Form 5, HKDSE or above, in Property Management or related disciplines
  • Holder of Security Personnel Permit and QAS Certificate is required
  • Holder of PMP License (T2) is preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in management including at least 1 year at supervisory level
  • Self-motivated, service-oriented, strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Well-versed in computer applications including MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Good command of spoken English and Mandarin
