How you will make an impact: 

Assistant Manager - Sales assists the Manager - Sales with the operation of the sales, including overseeing sales staff and developing and implementing strategies to improve company sales.  The role includes supervising and guiding the sales team as well as providing incentives to motivate staff to achieve sales targets for generating sales revenue. As directed by the Manager - Sales, Assistant Manager - Sales provides necessary resources, coaching and training on sales techniques to the sales staff. He also works with Sales Manager to resolve conflicts and manage team performance as well as helps enhancing customer experience and proactively responds to customer concerns. 

• Assist Manager - Sales to achieve growth and hitting sales targets by managing the sales team and liaising with property agents 
• Help Manager - Sales to evaluate and analyze the business landscape to generate more sales
• As directed by Manager - Sales, design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands the Group’s customer base and ensure its strong presence 
• Encourage and support the establishment of a work environment that recognizes both individual and team accomplishments with open and effective communication
• Assist in development of a team of sales-focused sales staff and provide support to any sales staff to close deals.
• Maintain a good relationship with all stakeholders 
• Assist the Manager - Sales with other duties as directed

What we are looking for:  

• Bachelor’s Degree in surveying, marketing, or related discipline
• Minimum 4 years’ experience preferably in sales of residential properties in property developers
• Knowledge in Residential Properties (First –hand Sales) Ordinance
• Outgoing and self-motivated with good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
• Proficient in English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and Chinese Word Processing
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Officer - Sales
